wonderful experience
helpful staff ginger ale travel sickness
i had the most wonderful time. the staff were very good too be helpful. i had travel sickness upon arrival, and they brought me ginger ale at check-in. one of the workers helped my dad find a pharmacy. it only got better from there.
the room felt quite dusty, a slight disappointment.

The room was spacious and had everything a guest could need. It had lots of little extras. my room was spectacularly clean. they provided evening turndown service.

breakfast offered so many options, and everything tasted delicious. i tried the gin tasting experience, and the person was the best. there is also a beautiful cocktail lounge that serves really good drinks.

the staff's attention to detail was excellent! they were very polite and accommodating, meeting all needs with a smile. they remembered us each time, that was so nice. check in and out were painless.

The staff provided a very personalized service. They were genuinely friendly and helpful during breakfast in the restaurant. The rooftop terrace bar has a modern vibe and a piano player.

The location proved very convenient. I easily walked to many main attractions and also accessed tube stations with ease. The hotel provides a very quiet and comforting environment. I found the room to be spacious with all necessary amenities.
The room was quite small. It did not feel particularly luxurious. I also found the temperature of the shower hard to control. The water pressure seemed low.

clean room complimentary robes bottled water quiet room
i found the room very clean. the hotel offered robes and bottled water. i was very grateful for the quietness of my room (especially after long days of meetings). butler's restaurant was excellent for breakfast. (their menu had many great options!)
